Weigh-In: Week 2

Honestly...this week was a pathetic effort. With a multitude of morning meetings for me (and my husband), getting to the gym in the early morning hours just wasn't going to happen. Then, I also had a report due on Thursday that I had previously been told was due in late July. That called for some extra scrambling in my off hours. Throw in a board meeting, a little girls' dance class, and a Thursday evening hair cut and color (it looks fabulous, by the way), and my free time for working out was totally eaten away.


That, however, does not excuse poor eating habits. This was a rough week, let's just leave it at that. Now, I just have to get through the holiday weekend so that I can come back strong next week. I am hoping that with four days off of work that I will be able to find the time to get 2.5 to 3 miles in a day. Wish me luck! I'll report when I can!
